R3 Nordic will host the top Nordic cleanroom technology and contamination control symposium in 2026. The event will bring together international experts, researchers, industry representatives and innovators to discuss the future of cleanrooms and the challenges of sustainable development.
The venue is Clarion Hotel® Aviapolis, which is located one train stop from the airport in Helsinki. We start on Monday 4.5 with a Get Together dinner.

We focus on cleanroom sustainability solutions, energy efficiency, and future technologies that will shape the industry in the coming decades.

If the participant is not an R3 Nordic member, a €70 membership fee will be added to the participation fee.
Clarion Hotel has reserved a quota for symposium guests until March 20, 2026. The price for a single room is €120/night and for a double room €140/night.

All the presentations are given in English. There will be both invited lecturers and lecturers through Submission of abstracts. To ensure the latest scientific information in the program we announce a Call for Papers. Please, send your topic suggestion with a short abstract (each abstract 200-300 words) to leila.kakko@tuni.fi at the latest on 31st of December 2025. Information on approval is available at the end of January 2026.
